Pricing/Charges/ Fees

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.


Our website displays the prices for all our events, services, and products. In case you need a personalized package, we will provide a price quote before your private consultation. If you are happy with the consultation and decide to proceed, we will send you an invoice shortly after deducting your $50 private consultation fee; this deduction only applies to those who paid for this separate service.Please note that we reserve the right to change our prices for services, events, or products at any time, and we will correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Deposit Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required for all personalized services and packages before any work begins, regardless of project size, urgency, or cost.

  • Clients are required to provide their preferred payment method and billing address through our secure payment system or invoice.

  • Work will only commence once the deposit or full payment has been successfully received.

At Done With Dots, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent process when delivering projects and services to our clients. The following policy outlines the terms regarding changes, fees, and payments:

  1. Complimentary Rounds of Changes:

    • All client packages include two rounds of complimentary changes at the request of the client.

    • Clients must submit these requested changes to Done With Dots before the completion of their package.

    • Any changes not submitted by the client before package completion will be considered outside the scope of the original agreement.

  2. Changes After Package Completion:

    • Once the project or package is complete and handed over to the client, Done With Dots is not obligated to fulfill any further requested changes.

    • Should the client request additional changes beyond the included two rounds, Done With Dots retains the right to charge a fee of $75 for each extra request or change made after the two rounds have been completed.

  3. Additional Fees and Charges:

    • The fee for services, along with any other charges the client may incur, such as applicable taxes or transaction fees, will be charged on an as-needed basis.

    • All payments must be made in full, including any outstanding balances, before the final product or service is delivered to the client.

  4. Payment Terms:

    • All payments are to be cleared before the delivery of the final product or service.

    • Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in a delay in receiving the completed project.

Payment Completion

  • Final deliverables will only be released upon receipt of the full payment.

  • Failure to settle the remaining balance may result in service suspension, exclusion from future bookings with Done With Dots, and potential legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

Return and Refund for Products


For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: [list of items]: Water bottle.

Refund for Services/Events

Done With Dots withheld nothing in creating this service for you. We provide a variety of opportunities for prospective clients to experience our company. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on services and events. We have created this policy so that we are both accountable for your success. We are here to support you every step of the way! If the Facilitator of Done With Dots has notified the Client{s} or Participant{s} via email of a cancelled/postponed service/event, the client/ participant has the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.

We want to remind you of the collaborative yet artistic nature of our services:

  • Every client is unique, with their own tastes, budgets, and needs.

  • Our services are rooted in subjective creativity and an evolving style, which means:

    • Our team will use its artistic judgment to deliver services aligned with our expertise, while making reasonable efforts to incorporate your suggestions.

    • While your preferences and desires are important, Done With Dots retains final authority regarding the aesthetic and creative quality of the delivered work.

  • Dissatisfaction with our aesthetic choices or artistic direction is not considered a valid reason for terminating agreements or requesting refunds.
